The fourth floor boasts cathedral ceilings over an open-concept living area. A queen sleeper sofa faces the 55” TV, and a dining table for six complements the furnished balcony running the length of the home, providing panoramic beach views. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with all-new stainless GE appliances, high-end finishes and fixtures, including Corian countertops, and a farmhouse sink. Parking is available for up to three cars in the driveway. A private path at the side of the house leads directly to the beach. With white sands just steps away and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other side of the road, you’re surrounded by glorious water views on all sides. The Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, one of the oldest and largest wild bird sanctuaries in the States, is a 5-minute stroll away. Walk to Salt Rock Grill for waterfront seafood and steak (0.8 miles), or visit the Friendly Tavern (0.5 miles) for a lively atmosphere. Numerous other restaurants are within an easy walk or short drive.
