Welcome to this 3-bedroom condo, complete with a bunkhouse, located steps away from the glistening Gulf of Mexico. Situated in one of Indian Shores' finest complexes, this luxurious beachside haven delivers hotel-like luxury and amenities. The condo association boasts a large pool deck with a pool, hot tub, ample lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, and gas grills. Enjoy exclusive access to the beach or relax on the pool deck, cocktail in hand, as you appreciate the sunset over the sand and surf. Features of the Condo: Bedroom 1 - As you enter the condo, the first bedroom lies to your left, furnished with a Queen bed, Flatscreen TV, a washer and dryer, and a fold-out ironing station. Bedroom 2 - To your right, upon entering, is the Master Bedroom, complete with a King bed, flat screen TV, and an attached bathroom with an oversized vanity and shower. Bunkhouse - Proceed down the hallway on the right to find the "bunkhouse", equipped with Full-size bunk beds and a flatscreen TV, positioned between the guest bathroom and the third bedroom. Ideal for kids! Guest Bathroom - A spacious guest bathroom lies to the right of the hallway, between the bunkhouse and the third bedroom, featuring an oversized vanity and a shower/tub combination. Bedroom 3 - Further down the hall, past the bunkhouse, is the third bedroom featuring a Queen-size bed, a private balcony access via a sliding door, and a flatscreen TV. Living Room - Enjoy the expansive living area complete with modern granite, custom cabinetry, additional breakfast bar seating, a 6-person dining table, plush couches, an oversized entertainment center, and a large Flatscreen TV. The living room offers access to a private balcony via a sliding door. Private Balcony - Located at the back of the condo, this balcony, accessible from the living room and third bedroom, provides views of the Suncoast Sea Bird Sanctuary, a popular local attraction.
