Gorgeous waterfront backyard oasis with a covered lanai, outdoor dining and an inviting swimming pool overlooking a beautiful open bay waters teeming with dolphins and manatees! Sit at the end of the dock and drop a line! Pool is heated to 82 degrees. Pool heater runs from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. From the inside, the spacious great room open concept offers ample seating for relaxing or kicking back for a movie! The open kitchen comes fully stocked and equipped with stainless appliances. This 3 bedroom 3 bath home with a study offers a breezy open floor plan with room to stretch out or entertain. The master en-suite has a king size bed and walk in shower! The 1st Guest room offers a queen bed and is also en-suite with full bath. The 2nd Guest room has 2 Full size beds.The study area offers a queen size pull out sofa bed with great views of the pool area and bay waters. . All in All………Dock of the Bay will sleep 10! Things to know: - This property offers a 3 to 5 day supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags - You must be 25 years of age to book any of our properties.
