**COMMON AREAS:**
Take advantage of the two heated pools, two fitness centers, and 24-hour valet service. The lush tropical grounds include four tiki huts, outdoor lounge areas, and direct beach access. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty, and we ask that all guests utilize the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for pool-related accidents or injuries. Diving is prohibited, and no glass items are allowed near the pool—plastic cups are provided in the kitchen.
**GARBAGE:**
A convenient garbage chute is located by the laundry room.
**PARTIES & EVENTS:**
Please be aware that parties, receptions, or events are not permitted. This is a residential condo, and local ordinances restrict excessively loud music or noise after 10 PM. Violating this rule may result in the termination of your reservation and additional fees. Feel free to reach out with any specific requests.
**PARKING:**
Valet parking is available for a fee, which varies based on the length of your stay.
