Featuring modern architectural styling, you enter this home into its open concept living area. With its large gourmet kitchen featuring a massive island, two Sub Zero Refrigerators, and all of the supplies needed to cook for the entire family, this kitchen is truly spectacular. Just off the kitchen, the dining area features a new dining set as well as added seating around the island. The living room has a large flat-screen television along with all new furnishings. Upstairs there is an additional seating area overlooking the main living space. The Master bedroom is also found upstairs, featuring a King bed and a large ensuite bath with a soaker tub and walk-in shower. A children's bedroom featuring bunk beds is connected to and shares the master bath. Downstairs features 3 additional bedrooms, a King bedroom with ensuite bath, and a bunk bedroom which features a jack and jill bath connecting to the last bedroom in the main home which features a King bed as well. There is a half bath just off of the pool and adjoining the living area as well.
