Free high speed Wifi is included as well. The main area enjoys a large open concept main living area, anchored by a custom fireplace and a 58" Smart TV. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes with an oversized island and quality stainless steel appliances including a built in wine refrigerator and microwave. Just off the living room is a large den which has a queen sleeper sofa, a 43" Smart TV, a workspace, as well as pocket doors, making this versatile space a 2nd living area, an additional sleeping area, or an office. A screened in porch featuring beautiful views of the pool, lagoon, and the pathway through the back yard that leads to the beach path. This room includes an outdoor ceiling fan as well as a minifridge. The Master bedroom is located on the first floor and is beautifully furnished with a plush King bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom as well as a 50" Smart TV. The remaining 3 bedrooms are upstairs and include a Queen bedroom with ensuite bath, another bedroom with a Queen and Twin XL bed, as well as the last bedroom featuring a King bed.
