The main living area of the home is great room style for optimal family time. Light fills the living area through the window lined two story wall. Drift away in a cloudless Hilton Head sky on a plush royal navy sofa. Paisley and striped patterns highlight the furniture throughout the sand and seashell speckled space. Rustically elegant the family style dining room table is made from sturdy wood and has enough room for 8 to sit comfortably.
You can almost hear the cooking food sizzle when you step into the state of the art kitchen. A culinary dream, it has ample granite counter space, stainless steel appliances, and light wood cabinetry. Double glass doors open to a spacious screened in porch area. Cool off under the ceiling fans with a beverage after a fun day at the beach.
This comfortably sleeps 12 guests in four inviting bedrooms. The first floor has two bedrooms to get your well needed beauty rest. The first (#1) has a green quilted King size bed with rich floral trim. There is a TV as well as a private bathroom with double sink vanity, garden tub, and walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has similar styling with blue hues and tropical coloring. White antique wood furnishings complete the room with a queen bed and a TV. It has access to a full bathroom with walk-in shower shared by the hall.
Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms. The first (#3) has two twin beds with baby blue quilts and white wrought iron bed frames. There is a TV and connection to a bathroom with walk-in shower that can also be accessed from the hall. The final bedroom (#4) is another master suite with large King size bed. Covered by a sweet green quilt it is trimmed by black and green palm prints. The space is completed by a TV and private bathroom with two sink vanity, garden tub, and walk-in shower.
Also, on the second floor you will find an entertainment room with a large mounted flat screen TV. Oversized sofas (one which is a sleeper) with tan and white coloring create the perfect space to enjoy a movie or for the kids to retreat. The final room can be treated like a 5th bedroom or a playroom. With window lined floor to ceiling walls, the shabby chic floral sofa doubles as a sleeper bed. It is a delightful area to curl with a good book, play a round of cards, or catch up with friends and family after a day of exploring Hilton Head Island. A non-refundable fee of $200.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
