Offering seating for six and a large trestle table, the dining room provides direct access to the eat-in kitchen; a spot for sipping coffee while reading, playing games or gathering to plan your daily itinerary. The bright and spacious kitchen has wood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, and gray countertops. The cook and his/her helpers will have fun preparing all their favorite dishes.
The cheery living room has vaulted ceilings, a four piece seating group inclusive a sofa with matching love seat, two wood-frame chairs, and a large flat screen TV with DVD player. A decorative fireplace and wall of windows, adds ambiance to the room.
Boasting 3 bedrooms, plus a loft and 3 full baths, this home comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Two bedrooms and two full baths are also located on the main level. The master bedroom offers loads of privacy with king sleigh bed and a double dresser offers privacy, and a spacious bath and walk-in closet. In the master bath, there is a deep soaking tub as well as a stand-alone shower, single sink and ladies’ makeup area. A mounted 32” flat screen TV, there is also access to the back deck from this room.
The kid’s room has sleeping space for 4 with the duo-bunk (twin over a double) and another separate twin bed. Your kids will enjoy the bright red locker style cabinet and lime green shelf. A flat screen TV is here for the kids. The hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves this room as well as being convenient for others.
Upstairs, you’ll find the third bedroom, offering a queen bed with a bright and cheery quilt in navy, powder blue and yellow and a flat screen TV. Off white furniture lends a modern feel. This bedroom has access to the third full bath with shower. The loft overlooks the living room and offers a queen sleep sofa.
The large deck off the back of the house offers a great hot tub that seats 5-6, to sooth those aching muscles or simply chill out while you’re surrounded by nature. A gas grill is also provided. With an expansive golf course view, this home will provide many relaxing hours to decompress on your next vacation on Hilton Head Island.
