The master suite is mid-way up the staircase to the second floor and features a king bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV and large en-suite bath with separate tub and shower. The remaining bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor with a king bedroom, queen and daybed/trundle bedroom and 2 daybed/trundles bedroom. All bedrooms include flat screen TVs and private full baths. The 2nd floor king bedroom features a Roku TV and the rest of the home has cable service on all of the TVs. Wireless internet is also available throughout the home at no cost to guests.
The pool and pool deck are the heart of the home, and are exceptional! The pool deck is made of Italian porcelain, which keeps its cool in the direct sun and keeps its texture when wet. Mounted umbrellas provide shade and comfort to living space with sectional couch and coffee table and a full size dining table with chairs. This living space will be enjoyed day or night due to the shade that is provided and the resort atmosphere that exists. There is also a bar area with seating, built-in grill and beverage cooler for your convenience. The pool is large enough for your entire family to enjoy and features an underwater shelf for seating. The pool has an electric heater and can be heated for an additional charge with advance notice. Chaise lounges are provided for poolside relaxation, and the pool deck also leads to a clearly defined pathway to the beach, which is an easy walk for any age. When you return from the beach, a private, fenced-in shower has been installed with hot and cold water for your convenience. The pool is surrounded by privacy landscaping, and the bar area, covered dining table and covered living space provide the perfect setting for entertaining, dining, reading or relaxing.
Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
