The bedrooms include 2 Master suites, each with a King bed, double vanity bath with separate tub and walk-in shower, and flat-screen TV’s. Both Master suites have ocean views and access doors to the patio and pool deck. The other 2 Guest bedrooms on this level include a bedroom with 2 Queen beds, full bath and flat-screen TV and a bedroom with 2 Double beds, full bath and flat-screen TV.
The rich hardwood flooring begins on the stairs and continues throughout the upper Main Level. Once upstairs, you will enter the large oceanfront Living Room with comfortable furniture, fireplace and large flat-screen HDTV. This room opens onto an oceanfront veranda with magnificent 180 degree views of the ocean. Adjacent to the living room is the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, gas range, wine cooler and Viking appliances. The Dining Room seats 8 with direct views of the ocean, and the Breakfast area and bar stools add additional seating for up to 7 more guests. A separate media room is on this level with a large sectional sofa, DVD player and flat-screen HDTV. The bedrooms on the Main Level include the Master with King bed, fireplace, sitting area, mounted flat-screen TV and direct ocean views. Doors open onto the oceanfront veranda from this room.
