The 1st floor is home to the beautiful and spacious living room, dining, breakfast areas, and open fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances,and a large laundry room and pantry with a second refrigerator. The best feature is the direct walk out access to the pool deck and fully furnished outdoor living area with gas grill, fireplace, dining and living room furniture, mounted TV and dramatic ocean views.
The 1st floor is where you will head after dark to the opulent master suite with a king bed, flat screen TV, patio access and ocean views. The large master bath is spa quality and enjoys a double vanity with granite counter and walk-in shower with glass doors. Also located on the first floors is a guest suite with king bed, mounted TV and full bath with walk-in shower.
The 2nd floor is home to the additional 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, three of which have ocean views. The oceanfront bedrooms include a master suite with king bed and 2 single beds, TV and shared oceanfront balcony that extends the width of the home. An additional guest suite with a king bed and built-in twin bed, TV and full bath with walk-in shower is located on this same level. To the right of the master is a guest suite with a king bed, mounted TV, and full bath. As mentioned previously, all three of these oceanfront bedrooms share the extensive balcony with stunning panoramic ocean views. The 4th suite on this floor features two sets of built-in bunk beds with twin mattresses on top and queen mattresses on the bottom. A mounted TV and full bath with double vanity and shower/tub combination complete this room, which is perfect for kids and teenagers of all ages. Also included on this level near the top of the stairs is a furnished loft with sleeper sofa and TV.
Amenities Include magnificent ocean views,a large private pool, heated spa and private beach path. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The pool deck is furnished with chaise lounges overlooking the pool with ocean as a close backdrop. The outdoor living area is a fully furnished covered patio with ceiling fan, grill and mounted TV. The home is outfitted with cable and the latest flat screen TVs, and wireless internet is available at no cost to guests. The two-car side garage is also available for guest use.
