The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances,and a large laundry room and pantry with a second refrigerator. The best feature is the direct walk out access to the pool deck and fully furnished outdoor living area with gas grill, fireplace, dining and living room furniture, mounted TV and dramatic ocean views. The 1st floor is where you will head after dark to the opulent master suite with a king bed, flat screen TV, patio access and ocean views. The large master bath is spa quality and enjoys a double vanity with granite counter and walk-in shower with glass doors. Also located on the first floors is a guest suite with king bed, mounted TV and full bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd floor is home to the additional 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, three of which have ocean views. The oceanfront bedrooms include a master suite with king bed and 2 single beds, TV and shared oceanfront balcony that extends the width of the home. An additional guest suite with a king bed and built-in twin bed, TV and full bath with walk-in shower is located on this same level. As mentioned previously, all three of these oceanfront bedrooms share the extensive balcony with stunning panoramic ocean views.
