There are 4 bedrooms in the main house including the expansive master suite with a king-size 4 post bed, extra day bed with trundle, master closet, and private bathroom. The master bathroom is remarkable and centered around a large soaking jacuzzi tub. There are his and hers vanities, shower, and open shelving with tons of natural light. The next guest bedroom also features a king bed and renovated private bathroom. Just down the hall are the other 2 guest bedrooms. The Queen bedroom has a flat-screen TV and shares a bathroom with a hallway. The last bedroom in the main house features a full-sized bed.
Above the 2-car garage is the fully renovated In-law suite. The suite features a living room with a flat-screen TV and sleeper sofa. There are a full kitchen and bathroom as well as two additional bedrooms. The 1st bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin over a full bed and a 2nd twin bed for the ideal kids' room. The 2nd guest bedroom has a king bed. The back deck of the house facing the golf course and has a small lagoon between the house and the course. The large pool has plenty of seating and can be heated for an additional fee during September- May. The house also features a washer and dryer, wireless internet, and a fully stocked kitchen. The beach is just a bike ride away, or you can also head to the Sea Pines Center just half a mile from the house where you can take the Sea Pines Trolley to and from the beach.
