To the left is the formal dining room, with seating for 10. Exiting the dining room brings you back to the foyer and living room, which opens to the gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, granite countertops, and a granite island with countertop bar. The kitchen extends into a breakfast nook for additional seating. Opposite the kitchen and across the living room, is the media room which has additional seating and a bar area. The first floor is home to two out of the seven bedrooms. The first bedroom has two queen beds and a private en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a large king and private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double sink vanity. From the main floor, you have access to the spacious back deck with also a covered deck and an extended deck allows for elevated sunbathing. Take the decks steps down to the pool deck and outfdoor are which contains loungers and another covered seating area for poolside dining or grilling. Take the grand staircase to the second floor home to a spacious third living room. Five bedrooms are located in this area along with porch access overlooking the ocean. The oceanfront third-floor deck is perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze, the best place to relax and have endless views of the Atlantic Ocean.
