The cottage is designed with two separate entrances for added privacy. The first floor boasts a newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating. Two bedrooms, including a queen and a king suite with private bathrooms, are complemented by a den with twin beds and additional living space.
Upstairs, a second fully equipped kitchen opens into a cozy living room and dining area for eight. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead to a sprawling screened porch with outdoor seating and a hammock, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. The second floor includes a master bedroom with a king bed, sharing a bathroom with a twin bedroom. Two additional king bedrooms share another bathroom, with one offering a spiral staircase to the first floor.
