This is a magnificent 6-bedroom, 4.5 bath home, 3rd row in north forest beach with private pool,* spa,*, and elevator. The owners have refurbished the entire home adding many new appliances, grills, furniture, fans, fresh paint, and interior decoration. This outstanding home has a Nantucket look and feel. The architectural appeal continues with beautiful columns inside and out with the high ceilings, elaborate crown moldings, French doors, a travertine stone floor throughout the whole first floor, white wainscoting, and four wonderful viewing balconies. Two of these balconies are in the front and two in the back which overlooks a lagoon and fountain resort. The gourmet kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances including an ice maker. The glass cooktop is surrounded by granite countertops and a seating area. The family TV area includes two couches, a leather coffee table, and two cushioned chairs. This is all oriented to the bookshelves with a large flat-screen TV. This area is complete with wireless internet and an indoor/outdoor audio system. The adjacent dining area has an upscale classic feel. It contains a large pine table, ten wickers chairs, and a beautiful buffet. The pool deck contains extra lounge seating with table and chairs along with full table sets under the main level deck. The favorite place, however, is most likely going to be the ocean which is less than a 2-minute walk away.
