Short bike ride from the beach and all Sea Pines has to offer including Harbor Town, The Beach Club, Sea Pines Center, Lawton Stables and South Beach Marina Recently renovated, 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, Private home with parking for 2 vehicles in the front drive -Sleeping for 10. Large dining room with seating for 10. Spacious Kitchen with lots of counter space. Family room off kitchen with large flat screen TV. Living Room with TV and seating for everyone. Master Bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom, and TV. Guest Bedroom with King bed. Guest Bedroom with 2 Twin beds -Bathroom with Tub Shower. Upstairs Bedroom with 3 Twin beds. Upstairs Sitting area with TV and Twin Bed. Upstairs Bathroom with Tub and Shower. Spacious back patio with dining area -Work Space -Laundry Room -Wi-Fi. Just down the street, you can enjoy the amenities of the Greenwood Forest Community. Guests have access to the tennis courts, pool, and playground. The beach is a mile away and easily accessible along the many bike paths throughout Sea Pines. Trolley system currently does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers -Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on Bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit.
