There is an additional bedroom or media room, complete with a 44” plasma TV, a queen sleeper sofa and doors for privacy. There is also a set of stairs that lead upstairs to the additional sitting room. On the other side of the house are two downstairs bedrooms. The first bedroom offers two twin beds, a 24” mounted flat screen TV and private bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Next to this bedroom will be the master bedroom. This room offers a king bed, additional sitting area, great views of the ocean, and private access out to the deck. The private master bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower.
The four additional bedrooms and a lounging area - perfect for reading the morning paper and relaxing - can be found upstairs on the second level of this oceanfront home. The first bedroom has a king bed and a 36” plasma TV. The private bathroom offers a single vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 1 king, 4 twins, a 40” TV and incredible views of the beach. This room has access to two full bathrooms. The private en-suite bath offers a single vanity and shower only. There is also a bedroom and hall access to another full bathroom that offers a single vanity and shower. Down the hall, that is open to below, are two more bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 kings and a 36” TV. The other bedroom has one king bed and 36” TV. These two bedrooms share a bath with shower only that is located at the end of the hallway. Both rooms have exceptional views of the ocean. Swinging doors may be used for privacy at opposite ends of the hallway.
The oceanfront pool is the perfect setting for lounging, grilling, and relaxing. The deck comes equipped with a premium Weber Platinum propane grill and a grilling and prep area for the chef. The large pool is great for families and also has an elevated spa.
