Experience an idyllic island getaway in this expansive 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom beach house. Situated amidst the picturesque trees of a famous beach resort, this second-row home is just a stone's throw away from the sandy beach. As you step into the inviting entryway, you'll find yourself in a vast space with two living rooms, resplendent with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing breathtaking views. Outfitted with a Weber gas grill, six lounge chairs, four Adirondack chairs, and an umbrella-covered table seating four, the pool area caters to all your sunbathing, swimming, dining, and grilling needs. Inside, to the left of the entrance, you'll find the dining room with a table seating eight. Adjacent is the kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, an L-shaped counter, an island, and seating for five. A convenient spot to snack while waiting for the chef to prepare the meal. Behind the kitchen lies the laundry room, featuring a washer, dryer, and sink. An exterior door from here leads you to an outdoor shower, ideally situated next to the beach pathway – perfect for a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach. Next to the kitchen is a cozy sitting area furnished with a blue loveseat, a gray oversized chair, an armchair, and a 50” Roku TV mounted over the fireplace. Sliding doors open onto the pool patio. To the right of the entrance are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom, with a queen bed, hardwood floors, and a chair, provides access to the pool patio. The hallway bathroom has a granite-topped single vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king bed, a chair, a 32” TV, access to the pool patio, and an ensuite bathroom with a granite-topped single vanity and walk-in shower. The upstairs bedrooms offer captivating pool views from their private balconies. The first upstairs bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a chaise lounge, a 32” TV, and a private bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, a large walk-in closet, and a double granite-topped vanity.
