The pool and patio were completely renovated in 2021, making the outdoor area your own private oasis. New landscaping has opened up the patio area to the sun, while still providing privacy when lounging at the pool. A new outdoor entertaining area with a custom grill, refrigerator, and fire pit will complete your day after returning from the beach. The beach is only a 3 minute bike ride or a short 8 minute walk. Additionally, enjoy dining and watching the sunset from the upper patio that overlooks the golf course and pool. There are 2 master king suites with private en suite bathrooms, another king suite, and a fun, huge SAFARI room. The safari room is great for kids with 3 twin beds, full bunk and trundle (sleeps 6). The interior offers hardwood flooring throughout the first floor, soaring ceilings, spacious bedrooms, brand new stainless steel appliances, and Botticini & Crema martial marble in the master suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms have new bedding and mattresses, and are nicely separated, allowing for optimal privacy. Three of the bedrooms have desks and WiFi extenders making work or school from home ideal. This home is perfect for multiple families, couples, or a group of golfers. Plenty of seating for dining inside or on the deck, with the Sonos surround sound ready to be enjoyed in most rooms, as well as by the pool. The beach, General Store, bike and kayak rentals, and Starbucks (Marriott lobby) are a short walk away, all less than 10 minutes. Only a few steps away from the 1st tee, you will enjoy having the largest backyard in Palmetto Dunes.
