The travertine tile entry leads to a sunken living room overlooking the golf course. The living room leads to the dining room and chef's kitchen. Located just off the kitchen is the den with wall mounted flat panel TV and an additional dining breakfast area. Sliding glass door leads out to the patio and pool area. The master bedroom enjoys a private en-suite bath and over-sized walk-in closet. The second comes with an en-suite bath which includes a separate shower and garden tub. The third bedroom enjoys access to the hall full bathroom. Each bedroom has a flat panel TV. A truly lovely home away from Home PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH • 5-minute drive • 15-minute bike ride to the Shipyard Beach Club (1.5 miles) HIGHLIGHTS • *Pools can be heated at an additional charge.
