This well appointed, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is just steps to the beach and Atlantic ocean. Lounge by the large sunny private pool or take the short walk on the beach path that is conveniently located right outside the back door! This one level home enjoys no stairs. Through the front door there is a sitting area with four comfortable chairs and a sliding glass door with to views of the wonderful pool area, back patio and grill. The open floor plan allows for family and friends to enjoy separate spaces while staying together. The skylights throughout the home really let in a lot of natural light. The living room has a large couch, two sitting chairs, and a 50-inch flat screen TV. There is a nook facing the pool with a cushioned bench built in. The galley kitchen boasts marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. This property has both a filtered coffee pot and a Keurig. There is bar seating as well as a separate dining room with a table and seating for eight. The four bedrooms in this home are to the right of the front door, through the French doors that keep the sleeping areas private. The first bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV. This room utilizes the hall bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a sliding glass door to pool/patio area. The third bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a flat screen TV, a private bath with walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. This bedroom also has a separate entrance to the outdoor space as well as a double sliding glass door to a private veranda. The fourth bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy cooking out on the gas grill on the back patio and have dinner under the stars in the outdoor eating area with a table and chairs. Open and bright, this home is ready for your next vacation. Five minute walk to beach. Five minutes to Palmetto Dunes golf. There's something here for everyone! Pool can be heated for additional fee.
