The beautiful French doors to this property open up to the welcoming foyer featuring a sleeper sofa and two chairs for receiving guests. Stylish tile floors lead to the spacious family room where you can get comfortable on the sectional sofa and enjoy watching the latest movies or sports on the flat screen TV. There is also DVD player, and stereo with surround sound.
Directly adjacent to the family room is the upgraded kitchen boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs to accommodate a small or large gathering. Grab a quick bite on one of the four kitchen barstools or go all out at the breakfast table with enough seating for eight. Enjoy the Hilton Head air from the door to the back deck just off the breakfast table. A more formal dining space is located to the right of the front door and features seating for eight, stunning hardwood floors and a classic chandelier.
The spacious master bedroom is just off the kitchen and offers a king bed, flat screen TV, and DVD player. On either side of the hall to the bathroom there are his and her walk-in closets. Whether you want a quick rinse or a relaxing soak, this home has what you need. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity, a large Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. You can also access the back deck from this bedroom. The other bedroom has two queen beds, a flat screen TV and private bath with a walk-in shower.
To the left of the front door you will find a bedroom with two twin beds as well as one with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and their own private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The queen bedroom has access to a small deck. All the bedrooms have carpeted floors.
Delight in the sun while lounging out back by the pool and hot tub. This home offers a Weber propane/gas grill as well as a charming outdoor table and umbrella with bench seating for up to 12. There are also ten bikes available for guest's use.
