The kitchen is a chef's dream with high-end appliances! It offers a large island with granite countertops and a gas cooktop stove. You'll be seeing double in this home - double sink, oven, dishwasher, and two refrigerators. A third full-sized fridge is located in the garage. There is a full-sized wet bar with a wine fridge and standalone icemaker. The formal dining area has seating for up to twelve plus additional seating available at the kitchen island. Dine al fresco in the screened-in oceanfront porch just off the dining area.

The third living room has plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV. A small office is tucked away on this floor. Bedroom six has two queen beds & a twin daybed with a twin pull-out trundle. It has a flat-screen TV and bathroom with granite countertops, a double vanity, and a shower/tub combo.
- Parking: There is parking available for up to 8 cars max. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week.
