The pool also offers complimentary pool heat seasonally. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees FIRST FLOOR Three of the bedrooms are situated on the first floor The main room has a flat screen TV and an oceanfront view plus direct access to the porch. There is a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, a flat screen TV and an oceanfront view plus direct access to the porch. The private bath has a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Bedroom three has two double beds and a flat screen TV. Laundry room with a washer and dryer & a second fridge. The living rooms features an oceanfront view, with direct access to the pool deck area. SECOND FLOOR: The second living area enjoys direct access to the large, oceanfront balcony. This balcony has outdoor dining available as well as seating. There is a sleeper sofa located in this living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and has a breakfast table with seating. The formal dining area just around the corner can seat up to eight guests. A powder room is located close to these areas. The fourth bedroom is the master bedroom - direct oceanfront with a king bed, sitting area, walk-in closet and flat screen TV. with a private master bath has a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and his-and-her sinks. At the end of the hallway, you have an updated full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is the main bathroom for the final bedroom on the third floor. THIRD FLOOR: The fifth bedroom is ideal for the children with two twin beds plus a pyramid bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top). There is a flat screen TV and the bathroom is located at the bottom of the stairs on the second floor.
