Features of this Ground Level Home include an open floor plan consisting of a Main Living Room with 55" flat screen TV, Dining Room, Updated Kitchen and a Family Room with flat screen TV & Wine Cooler. Down the Hallway you will find 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms. The Master Suite is furnished with a King bed, Flat Screen TV & Private Bath with Shower. The Master Suite offers serene views of the Private Pool with lush landscaping. Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 are each furnished with Queen beds and share a Hall Bath with a Tub/Shower Combo. The Bunk Room; which is ideal for children, is located off of the Kitchen Area. The Bunk Room offers 2 Bunk Beds, a 50" Flatscreen TV plus an assortment of games, & coloring books for your children to enjoy. Exterior features include the Private Pool, Poolside Spa (pool and/or spa can be heated for a fee) & Poolside Fire Pit. (Must pay to have gas turned on). Elegant Bamboo Landscaping surrounds the Pool & Backyard Area providing a tranquil outdoor space for which to enjoy your days in the sun.
