The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining, featuring a covered veranda with seating for 10 guests, a sunny pool (which can be heated for an additional charge), and a spa. The expanded pool deck offers individual chaise lounges and chairs for 15+ guests and includes a brand-new pavilion with a built-in, top-of-the-line 36-inch Lynx grilling station. Additionally, the pool deck now boasts a cove-lighted outdoor shower with hot/cold water and an outdoor cornhole game.
Inside, the home offers a large gourmet kitchen with double ovens, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a butler's pantry, all with upscale appointments including granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a gas Viking range. The large open living area offers views of the pool and lagoon, a 65" flat-screen TV, and a Sonos wireless music system (guests can download the free app on their phones or tablets). For movie buffs, there's a private media room complete with a 75" TV, surround sound, Blu-ray DVD, and a large comfortable sectional with a queen sleeper sofa. The air-conditioned game room in the garage features a stunning Classic Ford Mustang carpool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and a putting green. The wet bar area between the kitchen and living room includes bar counter seating, a beverage cooler, a mounted TV, and an Amazon Echo with a free unlimited music subscription. Guests also enjoy free daily tennis at a Racquet Club with 24-hour reservations and unlimited walk-on court time as available.
The floor plan provides excellent bedroom separation with two master suites and five additional bedrooms. The updated flooring throughout the home enhances its appeal. The two downstairs bedrooms include one master suite with a king bed and full bath and another guest bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath. The five upstairs bedrooms feature a second master suite with a king bed and full bath, a room with three twin beds and a bunk bed with a full bath, a room with a king bed and full bath, a room with two double beds, and another room with a king bed, which share a full hall bath. All bedrooms have large closets and flat-screen TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available for guest convenience. New in 2024, the entire house offers filtered indoor air quality protection with 10 individual room air treatment units, including an AD 3000 Air Doctor, two Dyson temperature-controlled bladeless fans, and seven standalone room purifiers.
This world-class vacation resort offers pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with a live petting zoo, public golf courses including Harbour Town Golf Links, racquet clubs, shopping, restaurants, and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters, and live entertainment. Most amenities are open to the public, though some may have parking fees or seasonal rates. Please note that the resort is a developing area with new construction taking place on most streets at any given time.
