On the slightly elevated first floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV. There's also a half bath and a laundry room beyond the living area. The open-concept kitchen features a center island, breakfast bar, dining area, and a family room with another flat-screen TV. This floor also has two private decks with comfortable seating for relaxing and chatting with family and friends.
The second floor has three large bedrooms. The master suite includes a king-size bed and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bath, while the third bedroom features 2 twin beds and a hall bath with a tub/shower combo.
The villa is just a few steps from the community clubhouse, which offers restrooms and outdoor showers for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
The guests have access to all the amenities within the resort, including miles of bike paths winding past ancient oaks, and tranquil lagoons where you might see an otter, egret, or even an alligator basking in the sun. The resort also includes 27 holes of spectacular golf, a racquet club, and a pub.
