High ceilings and ample windows create a spacious, airy atmosphere. The dining table comfortably seats six. The living area features a leather sleeper sofa, a love seat, a chair, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Doors open onto the back porch, which offers seating and a gas grill, overlooking a serene Forest Preserve.
The first-floor master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and private master bathroom. The second-floor houses two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and TV. This floor also includes a half bathroom, a full bathroom, and a laundry room.
Conveniently located, you'll have access to the Trolley stop that takes you to Harbour Town and the Beach Club. The neighborhood offers a private pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.
