Located in North Forest Beach, this home features all of the luxuries you crave; a private pool, a hot tub, a screened-in porch, a ping-pong table, and four primary suites. As you enter the home, instantly take notice of the inviting open-floor layout. The gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an expansive breakfast bar. Off the kitchen, additional seating is available at the formal dining table. When you aren't busy indulging in family-style meals, get comfy on the soft seating in the living room. Turn on the large TV and warm up next to the heat of the gas fireplace. Also on the main level, you'll find two en-suite bedrooms and a separate laundry room. Challenge your loved ones to some friendly competition in the game room with a round of mini basketball, pingpong, or cornhole! Upstairs, the seating area/media room features a wet bar, and the bedrooms are just as impressive with their high-quality linens, and central air-conditioning. Outside, guests can enjoy the radiant South Carolina sunshine from the private pool deck with new furniture and in the turquoise water. Take a relaxing dip in the hot tub. When you aren't hanging out here, take a quick walk to the beach or to Coligny Plaza where you can shop and dine at your leisure. Outdoor beach volleyball courts and numerous bike trails are also at your fingertips. All of the components of the perfect vacation are here - all there's left to do is book! No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last-minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. 7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and fees apply You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
