Beautiful, single level home within walking distance to Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage PGA Tournament. Recently updated, this home offers plenty of space for the whole family.
Walk into the living room where there is a queen sleeper sofa, chair and 65” Samsung TV. The coffee table has a bunch of games underneath for your family's entertainment. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home, coastal décor and a shiplap accent wall in the living room. There is a sliding glass door that leads you out to the backyard pool patio. The pool area offers plenty of space and lots of privacy surrounded by mature vegetation. There is a table that seats four, another table that seats two, a couple lounge chairs and a Weber gas grill. The pool is very nice and even has a waterfall feature.
Back inside to the right of the entrance are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo. The next bedroom also has a queen bed, a 32” TV and a private bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo. The last bedroom on this side of the house has a king bed and 40” TV. There are sliding glass doors that lead you to the backyard patio. The ensuite bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower and walk-in closet.
To the left of the entrance, in the hall, there is a bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The next room is perfect for the kids in the family with two twin beds, a 32” TV and a small desk.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. There is a dining room table that seats six plus has a bench seat. Off the dining room is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. On the other side of the dining room is a sitting area complete with two chairs, a fireplace and 48” TV. There are sliding glass doors that open to the backyard patio.
The Sea Pines community has many amenities with three championship golf courses, five miles of white sandy beaches, a 600 acre forest preserve and an abundance of tennis courts, swimming pools and bike paths. There is something to please guests of all ages.
