The spacious living area offers a welcoming atmosphere, with a separate sitting area and dining room that flow seamlessly together, perfect for family gatherings. The generously sized Master Suite on the first floor includes a King bed, flat-screen TV, and a cozy seating area, alongside a large walk-in closet and full bathroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each featuring a queen and twin bed setup, and their own private bathrooms. The outdoor space is expansive and inviting, featuring a lovely deck with Adirondack chairs around a gas fire pit.
This property provides convenient access to resort amenities such as the beach club, tennis courts, and golf courses. The Marina Village is just a short five-minute drive away, while the charming Center and Harbour Town are easily reachable by bike. The newly renovated Beach Club is also nearby, offering dining options, refreshments, and family-friendly activities all in one place. Please note that from March to September, guests are required to utilize the free beach shuttle to access the beach club, as parking on-site is not permitted. A shuttle map and guide will be provided in your welcome folder for your convenience.
