Emerald Kite is pleased to presents this charming four bedroom four and a half bathroom vacation home. A nice perk of this home is that it offers complimentary pool heat seasonally. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool heat typically March through May & September through early November (must call office in advance of your stay to confirm and schedule). - Bedroom 1: King + one Full Sleeper Sofa (Master, 1st Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath) - Bedroom 2: Queen (1st Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath) - Bedroom 3: King (2nd Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath) - Bedroom 4: Two Twin Beds + Pyramid Bunk w/ Twin Trundle (full on bottom, twin on top, plus a twin pull out trundle) (2nd Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath) - Distance to Beach: This closest beach path is located approximately 1 mile from the home (off of South Sea Pines Drive) - an easy walk or bike ride. There is also beach access available at the Sea Pines Beach Club - which is two miles away from the home. If you bike to the Beach Club - there are bike racks are available. There is a complimentary beach shuttle from the Harbourtown area which operates seasonally only. No parking is available at the Beach Club unless you are staying mid-September through mid-March or it is after 5pm. - Pool Info: Approximately 15 feet by 45 feet with a depth range of 3.5' to 7'. The pool is able to be heated seasonally only. It is not able to be heated if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Must call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool heat. - 3,543 Square Feet - Fully Equipped Kitchen, Regular Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig, Crockpot - 6 Beach Towels Available, Gas Grill, Washer/Dryer, Wireless Internet (no landline phone) - Ping Pong Table in Garage Hilton Head offers a world class vacation destination with an array of year-round activities to suit visitors of all ages.
