This Sea Pines luxury vacation rental home is a 1/2 mile stroll away from magnificent shopping, dining in Harbour Town. Enjoy an open concept living space with abundant seating centered around a flat-screen TV, flooded with natural light from the wall of windows overlooking the backyard. Dining can be found in various spots – seating for 6 in the kitchen, peninsula seating for 4, and seating for 10 with views of the pool, lagoon and golf course in the great room. The kitchen is open with quartz countertops ready for all your cooking needs or take-out desires. The first floor master with king-size bed, dresser, flat panel TV and two night stands with views of the pool and golf course. The master bathroom ensuite has two sinks with a private walk-in shower plus a separate bathtub. The 1st floor guest bedroom has 2 queen beds with a small sitting area that looks out to the front yard and can be accessed either from the front hallway, or through the kitchen hallway. There is a newly renovated, crisp white bathroom across the hall from this bedroom. For larger groups , the 2nd floor guest bedroom serves as a 2nd master suite with a king sized bed and views to the golf course plus a renovated ensuite with tub/shower combo. There is a reading nook before you visit the 4th guest bedroom which includes a queen sized bed and another renovated ensuite including a walk-in shower.
