ELEVATOR DIMENSIONS: 35"(Entry) x 45" and 3/4" depth. Our properties and elevators are not ADA compliant and if out of order all guests must be able to use the stairs. The use of the elevator is a extra perk provided at the discretion of the management office. Due to back orders on parts should the elevator not be available during your visit no discounts or refunds are provided.
POOL HEAT: Pool can be heated for an additional fee to a maximum of 88 degrees. Pool heat must be added to your reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival or on the day of booking. Last minute requests may or may not be available and are subject to a service fee. Please note that we do not heat the pool Memorial Day-Mid September*
NOTE: We cannot guarantee pool heat when air temps are below 60 degrees.
