In the front yard there is a charming courtyard with beautiful little gardens with benches and chairs. An outside cooking area complete with sink and refrigerator is adjacent to the pool and spa, perfect for grilling steaks and burgers. The downstairs level has light wood floors throughout and features both a formal living room and a Carolina Room that faces the swimming pool. The master bedroom has a king bed, a desk, and a private bath with shower only with a bench. The other downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with views of the front garden and a private bath with a marble sink and shower only with a bench. Both bedrooms have access to the front yard patio. The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other has a queen bed. These bedrooms share a hall bath with a shower/tub combo. Guests will enjoy an easy bike ride to the beach and all the Sea Pines amenities.
