You’ll feel like you’re in your own little paradise with the waterfall feature and outdoor shower. You and your guests can relax on the large pool deck or step off onto the grassy green area for lawn games and cloud watching.
For those who prefer a little shade, there are two screened-in porches – a large one at pool level with comfortable, high-end cushioned rattan furnishings, and a second one off the kitchen/dining room area with wicker rocking chairs perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, watching nature, reading, or group activities like cards, puzzles and games. The first-floor master suite spans the house from front to back and features a 42" SMART TV, private bath with two vanities, garden tub and separate shower with bench seat, deck access, and a sleeper sofa. Up 18 steps, you will find the other two king master bedrooms. Each enjoy a private bathroom and balcony with wooden rockers for private outdoor retreats.
There will never be too many cooks in this huge, well-equipped kitchen featuring modern, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, pantry, and separate coffee and drink stations. The large designer dining room table comfortably seats 12 guests with seating for six more at the island.
