On entering the villa, guests are greeted with an open and spacious floor place filled with natural light. The living area enjoys stylish, coastal furnishings, cathedral ceilings, and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for a family movie night after a fun day on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with granite countertops and upgraded appliances. Also located near the kitchen are the full-size stackable washer and dryer.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed with an en-suite bathroom and a sliding door with deck access. There is also a half bath on the main level. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms. The first has a queen-size bed and the other has a queen bed and one set of twin bunks. There is a hall bath between the two bedrooms.
The deck has been furnished with new patio furniture and a grill along with quiet wooded views.
The complex pool is just a short walk from the villa or hop on a bike for a short ride to the beach. During the summer months, guests can also catch a ride on the Dunes Buggy, which also offers stops at the Shelter Cove Marina for dining or shopping. Miles of pathways, 3 golf courses, and tennis courts are just a few of the amenities located in Palmetto Dunes.
