Presenting this upscale luxury six bedroom and 6.5 bathroom spacious town home located a short distance from Harbour Town, where guests will love the magnificent shops and restaurants. This home has beautiful gray hardwood floors and is tastefully decorated in an upscale modern coastal style. The primary bedroom has a king bed and 43” mounted SMART TV. The private bathroom has a single vanity with granite top and a tub/shower combination. There is a ½ bathroom in the hall and to the left of the stairs is Bedroom #2 which has a queen over queen bunk bed and mounted 43” SMART TV. This room also has a private bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The kitchen is cool gray with sparkeling white countertops and top of the line black stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove.There is a very nice wood dining room table that seats six just off the kitchen. The large living room with high ceilings has a gray L-shaped couch, matching love seat and a 58” SAMRT TV mounted in a ship-lap cutout. Behind the couch is a large beverage center with sink, wine racks, wine fridge and an ice maker. Perfect for making your favorite cocktails! Outside is the private pool deck where there are two lounge chairs, two wicker chairs and two small tables that seat two. The second floor has two more bedrooms both with private bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and 43” SMART TV; the other bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. Each bathroom has double vanities with granite top and walk-in showers.The third floor is very similar with a king size bed in each room with a 43” SMART TV. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with double vanities and walk-in showers. The fourth floor enjoys an extra living room with a couch and 55” mounted TV plus a beverage center with sink and mini fridge. The sliding doors open up to an open deck where there are six chairs and a wicker sofa.
