The light blue walls and white trim creates a serene atmosphere as soon as you enter. Straight ahead as you enter the home, is a cozy sitting room with a wall of windows and a wall of mirrors. This brings in lots of sunlight and offers views of the Robert Trent Jones golf course, lagoon and backyard pool area. There is a queen sleeper sofa, love seat and two accent chairs offering you plenty of seating for everyone and an extra place to sleep. Just off of the sitting room is a dining room with the same views and a table with 6 chairs and a bench seat. Behind the dining room is the kitchen with marble counter tops and upgraded stainless steel appliances. There is a glass flat top stove and two ovens. On the other side of the dining room and kitchen is the screened-in Carolina room with a glass round table with seating for four plus two accent chairs.
Behind the kitchen is the ½ bath and then the living room area complete with a sofa, love seat, 2 rocking chairs, an accent chair, fireplace and 50” Sony TV with DVD player. From the kitchen or dining room you can access the beautiful outdoor space that is perfect for the whole family with four lounge chairs, Weber propane grill, an umbrella table with seating for 8 and another round table with seating for 4. It is also another great spot to watch the golfers.
Back inside on the main floor are two bedrooms. The first bedroom, on the right as you enter the property, features a queen size bed, 32” TV and en-suite bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo. The laundry room is also on this floor complete with a full size washer and dryer. Just down the hall is the master bedroom, with a king size bed, accent chair, 48” TV and large walk-in closet. You have beautiful views of the lagoon and golf course from this room. The private bath has a double sink, separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Upstairs is a quaint loft space with a twin daybed with twin trundle and a TV. Also on this floor is bedroom #3 that has two pyramid bunks (twin over full size). The en-suite bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combo.
Just a short walk to the ocean, this home is the perfect location to sit back and relax!
