Enjoy this a wonderful vacation home in Palmetto Dunes with 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths and one-half bath. It has a beautiful view of the lagoon in the backyard and is just a short walk to the beach! There are dark hardwood floors with white columns separating the entrance from the sitting room. This home is decorated with beach and nautical décor making it feel like a vacation home.
As you enter the home, you are greeted with a small sitting area and a winding staircase to the upstairs. The sitting room has a queen sleeper sofa, two leather armchairs, and a red bookcase full of games, books, and puzzles. A great place for the family to gather for game night! To the right is the dining room where there is a table that has six rattan backed chairs. The spacious fully equipped kitchen has a U-shaped Island that has five stools. There are granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. In the kitchen nook, by the windows overlooking the pool deck, there is a round table for four. A great place to sit and watch the chef prepare your favorite meal. The living room and kitchen share a large open space, filled with natural sunlight from the windows along the entire back of the home giving a great view of the pool and lagoon in the backyard. The living room features a large brown sectional with room for 6-7 people, a blue leather recliner, two swivel chairs, and a mounted 65" SMART TV. There are even four little stools at the coffee table – a great place for the kids to sit and play.
From the living room you have access to the screened-in Carolina Room where there are high ceilings, a ceiling fan, sofa, and two chairs. Open the door to the left to an outside deck where there is an umbrella table that seats six. To the right, another deck with an umbrella table that seats four, the Nexgrill, an outdoor shower, and a door that opens to a bathroom. The large kidney shaped pool has great areas of shade and sun! The deck has plenty of seating with four lounge chairs and three additional chairs. Just beyond the pool is your own private dock with two Adirondack chairs, a great spot for catching some rays or catching some fish!
Back inside to the right of the entrance you will find a half bathroom across from the stairs. Under the stairs there is a bench seat and coat rack. The guest bedroom with a queen bed, has a blue carpet, 32" TV, and walk-in closet. There is also a private bathroom with double granite vanities and a walk-in shower.
As you head up 16 stairs, there are two more queen bedrooms each with their own private bathroom and the master bedroom. The first guest room is very large with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and 32” TV. There is a table for two by the windows. A great place to relax and read a book. The private bathroom has a single vanity and a walk-in shower. The next guest room has a queen bed up against a Navy-blue accent wall, an accent chair, and a 32” TV. This bedroom has a Jack-n-Jill bathroom shared with the hall that has a single granite vanity and a tub/shower combo. The master has a king bed, bench seat, two chairs, palm frond ceiling fan, and 46” TV. This bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon. The very large master bathroom has a jetted tub, large walk-in shower, and double vanities. There is also a washer and dryer in the walk-in closet.
Finally, on the opposite side of the house there is a loft bedroom on the top floor with one full bed, two twin beds, and a loveseat that opens to a twin bed. This is a great space for the kids to hang out and play with lots of space, a 46" TV, and a table perfect for a puzzle, game, or coloring.
Downstairs in the garage is a large entertainment room. This room is decorated with a nautical theme and has a ping-pong table, a round table for four, a swing seat, and four tall bar seats.
