The brand-new pool and hot tub have a spacious patio and a view of the lagoon, with tall trees to offer some shade from the heat, while also having lots of room to lie out and sunbathe. There are seven lounge chairs and a table with four chairs under a large umbrella. Also off the pool deck is a covered dining area with built-in Napoleon gas grill, sink, mini fridge, a table with seating for eight and a 55" SMART TV. Finally, there are bench seats down on the dock by the lagoon.
