Once upon a time, a little six-year-old was on vacation with their family on beautiful Hilton Head Island. They were staying in a magical home that had just been renovated and was more enchanting than ever before located right across the street from the beach in a quiet neighborhood in North Forest Beach. The home was breathtaking with its coastal chic décor and offered all the amenities of a premier vacation home. The little one's favorite spot was the backyard, surrounded by tall pine trees, majestic live oaks, and 30-foot high bamboo stands that created a tropical paradise. They were so excited to discover that a new privacy fence had just been installed around the pool! The pool area had new pavered decking and there was even a newly installed 55" flat screen TV outside by the pool.When it was time to prepare some delicious food, family fired up the gas grill and enjoyed some Low Country cuisine at the glass table with 6 upright chairs. The home had plenty of furniture to either lounge or just socialize and enjoy their time on the island.
Exquisite wood floors that led throughout the open great room, dining area, and kitchen. They loved the wooden rectangle dining table that seated 8 and the additional living area complete with a sofa and chairs and another newly installed 55" SMART TV in this dining area. There was even another living area on the other side of the great room with a 65" SMART TV, perfect for watching their favorite shows.
The little one's family stayed in the first master suite on the same level, which had a king-sized bed and a 32" TV. They loved escaping to the screened-in porch with all brand new furniture for some quiet time. The master bath had a walk-in shower and a separate tub with a large walk-in closet.
Upstairs, the little one found three more bedrooms. One featured a king bed with a 25" TV and another had two queen beds with a 32" TV, and these bedrooms shared a bath. The last bedroom was located up another 2 stairs and had a king bed, 32" TV, and a private bath.
One of the little one's favorite parts of the home was the door in the fully equipped kitchen that led to 14 stairs that took them down to the pool area. The 13 X 25 rectangle pool was beautiful, with deck chairs for sunning and a privacy fence all the way around so they never had to see their neighbors! The path to the beach was just steps away and less than a 2-minute walk.
