Introducing this magnificent vacation home tucked away short 5-7 minute walk to the ocean and a short walk to South Beach Marina. When entering the home on the first level, you will have the laundry room to the right and stairs right in front of you; the first bedroom is the twin bedroom with a TV, the second bedroom on the left is the king bedroom with a flat screen TV and direct access to the fabulous outdoor area. The two lower level bedrooms share a full hall bathroom with an updated walk-in shower. Straight ahead you will find the den. This room is very cozy and boasts all new furnishings including a king size sleeper sofa, 2 swivel chairs, 52” flat screen HD TV and direct access to the back patio and pool area with propane grill station for your use.
