Inside the house, there is a large laundry room with a sink and a stacked front loading washer and dryer. You can also access the enclosed outdoor shower from here to rinse off the sand before entering the pool or house. There is also a bathroom with a single granite vanity and a walk-in shower with the rain shower head and hand-held wand. Next, there is a wet bar with sink and full size Thermador refrigerator. You will be amazed by the stunning ocean views and beautiful hardwood floors throughout this home. The living room, kitchen, and dining room have an open floor plan and exposed beam ceilings. The living room has a cozy u-shaped couch, two swivel chairs, a fireplace, and an 85” mounted TV. The gourmet kitchen has an extra-large island with six leather stools, a sink, and one of the two dishwashers. It also has granite countertops, stainless steel Thermador appliances, and a butler’s pantry. The dining room has a long wooden table with eight cushioned seats and a bench seat by the window. You can open the sliding door to the outdoor kitchen and covered sitting area with ceiling fans, an outdoor fireplace, four chairs, two rocking chairs, and an 85” mounted TV. You can also barbecue on the two outdoor gas grills on the patio, keep your drinks cold in the outdoor mini fridge, and dine outside at the table with seating for six.
