Our 4B/3B home has just been TOTALLY updated. With new furnishings and landscaping, we know you will LOVE this home! Guests will enjoy all-new bath and bed linens, fresh paint throughout, coordinated living/dining furnishings and appointments, new appliances, plus a fully-equipped kitchen! Other amenities include: Large deck overlooking the world-renowned Harbour Town Golf Links, outdoor grill, WiFi, BRAND NEW neighborhood pool, tennis, and playground just steps away! Guests will appreciate the quiet cul-de-sac, peaceful atmosphere, and serene ambiance of our home. The Master Bedroom features a king bed, en suite bath, and deck for quiet relaxation and enjoyment of the golf course views. Guests will enjoy the other downstairs bedroom with twins (which can be made up as king) and bath/powder room. The 3rd bedroom suite is upstairs and offers a queen bed, en suite bath, and balcony with panoramic views of holes #2 and 6 of Harbour Town Golf Course. Also upstairs, the 4th bedroom has 2 queen beds - perfect for kids (of all ages)! Located in the geographic center of Sea Pines, the home is a stone's throw from exquisite white sand beaches (the new and beautiful Sea Pines Beach Club and other quiet and easily accessible beaches), world-renowned Harbour Town and the fabulous Gregg Russell playground, South Beach Marina, and the famous Salty Dog Cafe. Lawton Stables and its petting zoo, with resident Clydesdale 'Harley,' is minutes away by bike or even faster by car. The Sea Pines Beach Club is a 3 minute drive/10 minute bike/20 minute walk from our house. It has free parking, a restaurant/bar, shop, restrooms, showers, rental chairs, and bike racks to park.
