Upon entering the home you will be greeted by a large open-concept living space, and beautiful finishes. The main level of the home has a large living room that is comfortably furnished with a sectional sofa, decorative-only fireplace, large wall-mounted flat panel TV, and large windows offering plenty of natural light. The living room is open to the formal dining room that has a gorgeous dining table with seating for six. There is a breakfast bar offering additional seating for five adjacent to the dining room.
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts polished granite counters, stainless appliances, and a counter-height breakfast bar with seating for five. The bedrooms each enjoy private bathrooms that are updated and have beautiful fixtures and finishes. The main suite is located on the main level of the home and features a flat panel TV and a private en suite bath with a double sink vanity, glass-enclosed walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. The laundry room, featuring a full-size washer and dryer, and the powder room rounds off the description of the main level.
Head upstairs on the split level and you will find the second bedroom. This room is a second main bedroom and features a TV and an en suite bathroom with a glass enclosed walk-in shower. Also upstairs are the third, fourth, and fifth bedrooms. Bedroom 3 is a large bedroom with a large wall-mounted flat panel TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 4 and 5 both have TVs and a private bathroom with glass-enclosed walk-in showers. For those that must keep in touch with the office there's a small office area, complete with wireless internet access, phone, and privacy.
The large outdoor deck overlooks the pool and the lagoon and offers a dining table with an umbrella and seating for six, and has views of the gorgeous sunsets, every night. The private pool is a great place to relax and can be heated for an additional cost. Additional features of the outdoor space are a three burner gas grill and a kayak dock for fishing or launching rented kayaks.

There is a small office area
This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. At least seven days' notice must be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature.
If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given. Please note there is a 5-day minimum to heat the pool.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day, Palmetto Dunes has the free Beach Buggy that will come and pick you up and bring you to the beach and drive you back home.
