With two expansive living areas—one showcasing decorative tile on the main level and the other with rich hardwood floors—there's no shortage of space to unwind. The home also boasts a private pool with a kiddie pool, an in-home elevator, TVs in every bedroom, and stunning Atlantic Ocean views.
The second-level living area is spacious and includes a decorative fireplace, ample seating, a large HDTV, and a kitchenette with a wet bar, fridge, and wine cooler. Step out onto the upper-level ocean-view balcony, where you'll find a gas grill perfect for outdoor dining.
Each bedroom on the main level has an en suite bathroom, with one featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The upstairs bedrooms offer beautiful ocean views, and two are connected to en suite bathrooms, one of which leads into a den with an adjacent laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
