Located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Plantation, this retreat is a freshly renovated 5BR/3.5BA home with a sunny and spacious 2,742 square foot open floor plan. A large patio overlooks the yard and a shimmering pond with a dock. Two living spaces are detailed with brand-new furniture and large flat-screen TVs. Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the pond, then walk 10 minutes to the state beach for a day of sun and surf. The newly furnished living room has a chic sectional and a pair of comfy armchairs. Unwind into vacation mode beneath vaulted ceilings while your favorite shows play on the flat-screen TV. Find a sleeper sofa and another flat-screen TV in the family room. An elegant sitting area off the kitchen is the perfect place to share afternoon tea. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware and gadgets to whip up favorite recipes. Four can keep the chef company at the glossy breakfast bar. When it's time to eat, gather around a polished wood table for eight. This single-level home sleeps up to 15 guests between the five stylish bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the family room. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV. Sleep soundly in the master suite, where there's a stately king bed and sliding glass doors leading to the patio. The pristine en-suite bathroom is outfitted with a walk-in shower.
