The large pool and excess outdoor space will give those who came to enjoy the coastal weather the perfect place to relax. The pool is surrounded by plenty of sunbathing space and has a wet bar space so you do not have to go inside! The grass to the left of the yard is the perfect place for the kids and kid-at-heart to kick a soccer ball. There are shaded spaces too! Upstairs, there is a deck off the primary bedroom, and there is shelter under the deck as well, bordering the pool.
The sand is only a 2-minute walk from the front door. Under the home, there is an outside shower. A great spot to stop on the way into the pool after a day on the beach!
