Be one of the first guests to stay in this magnificent new beach house. Even though all the photos and furnishings are not complete the home is booking out for the summer! Ideally located on beautiful; Singleton Beach just a mile from Shelter Cove Town Center where you will enjoy the ultimate in terms of great restaurants, shopping, boating activities, summer fireworks, and more. Boasting seven beautifully appointed bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms in the house. A private pool (pool can be heated for (daily fee/day) and built-in grill not to mention fantastic views of the ocean. The house has a spectacular open kitchen with double oven and oversized fridge. There is a bar area off the living room. One of the bedrooms on the 3rd floor features 3 bunk beds, game table, and a kitchenette. You will be provided a Southern Hospitality Pass, with an array of free activities. We do not heat the pool from Memorial Day- Labor Day NOTE: We cannot guarantee pool heat when air temps are below 60 degrees. NOTE: We do not provide any Beach Towels or Equipment.
